My orders are still stuck at ‘Received at dispatch center’ since June 04 .Customer care says I’ll inform the team to resolve the issue in priority but no response after that. Anyone’s orders got shipped after this amount of considerable delay?

Yes, you can only see your previous orders for the past 6 months now. This decision was made recently it seems says their customer care executive. What do you guys think about this change. Is it welcomed or not ?

In my personal opinion I want to view all of my previous orders. It helps me see what and when I have bought a piece and the size details along with how it has held up in use.
