Have any one noticed House Rents are increasing year by year and mean while the population in Hosur also increasing. There was a time like 3 years before (1 bhk) rent was like 5,000₹ but now it's like 7,000₹

I know many gyms are there in Hosur but they close afternoon 12pm to 5pm idk why. Is there any gym available in afternoon?
