Preferably folks who are younger, emerging, and excited to write about shows for free/on their own time!

Based on the comments I should also clarify that I myself am a young, emerging Asian arts writer. I'm in no way looking to exploit people for their labor. I work with a small arts non-profit and am mainly looking to build community and know that folks who are more established in their career do not have the capacity to attend or write about the shows we put on. I've done some writing for the non-profit already, but it would be great to have more voices in the midst, also, for folks who are emerging I think it could be a good developement opportunity (this is why I've joined).

I've already reached out to folks who have gotten publicity but thought I'd reach out here in case there were people who aren't super public that people might want to put forward!

Hey everyone!

I recently took a WAIS test as a way to seek career related guidance. I'm 24 years old and studied a social science and fine arts during my undergrad. Since graduating I've worked in two different very disorganized non-profits where I don't feel like I'm living up to my potential-- partly because of poor management. Despite being a pretty analytical thinker, I've also maintained an art practice that is rooted in introspection and intuitive mark making--the tension between these two ways of thinking is much of what my art practice explores.

My feedback report was interesting because it says I tend to do well on tasks that have structure, or that use reasoning as a way to retain memory. This is why I did relatively poorly on the working memory section which is considered "passive retention".

Based on this info and my scores, what career paths, or ways of thinking do you guys think I would be suited for?
