senior who likes math wants to know his chances
Hey guys, I'm a rising (in-state) senior who plans to apply for math. What are my chances at UT as a math major + deans scholar or polymathic scholar?
For ref, my stats are pretty high-tier, but my ECs are kinda mid (I think).
Stats:
Rank: 11/500+ (auto-admit)
GPA: W 5.616/5.0, UW 3.91/4.0
SAT: 1550
PSAT: 1520
13 APs, eleven 5s (most notable physics c mech, calc bc, stats) , one 4 (CSP), two no exam
ECs (tried to keep these kinda vague):
working on math modeling w/professor (still in progress)
summer research program
qualifier to international finance competition
TXSEF finalist in physics
President of STEM club, hosted competitions
DECA 2x state qualifier
Finance internship
HOSA states
Shadowed local politician
Then all the normal stuff that everyone does like honor societies and stuco
I'm really just hoping for an outside opinion that can be objective for my odds
