Hey everybody,

I'm currently in AMAPCEO and have been considering trying to move into management at some point in the future. For the pay bump, is it 3% (which is the raise if moving up within the AMAPCEO band) or is there flexibility to make it higher, like 5%?

Just trying to get a sense of the benefits/costs of the move. You also stop paying union dues, which results in some savings. Thanks!
