My six month membership was ending so I asked the front desk how to cancel. They said I needed to cancel within 30 days and I don’t have to pay for the next month then when I went to email, they said seven day notice. So basically I was given the wrong information and now I’m stuck with a bill that they’re trying to make me pay. And they won’t process my cancellation until it’s paid. Is there any way out of this? I have tried reaching out to the owner and they refuse. They won’t acknowledge that the front desk gave me the wrong information.
