What are these slight dark spots on my back?
Can somebody help identify what these slightly dark/black spots on my back might be?
I got sick for almost two weeks and spent most of that time just lying in bed recovering. A few days after, I noticed these spots on my back when I looked in the mirror after showering. At first, I didn’t think much of them because they weren’t painful or anything serious-looking.
But lately, I’ve noticed they seem to be spreading upward toward the back of my neck, and now I’m getting a bit concerned.
Could this just be something simple like dead skin buildup or poor hygiene from being stuck in bed for so long? Would improving my hygiene and exfoliating help, or does this sound like something that needs more than that?
Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question. I’m not very familiar with skin issues, and I’m just trying to get my health back on track after being sick.
