Hello , when you have you first spot , when does it start to grow outside ? (According to your case)
And also i ve heard some people have a spot and nothing else for years and years and years , before it s develop, is it true ? And is it common?

Hello everyone im a M28 and i have an appointment with an urologist and a derm but its in late september… and im very anxious obviously, the wait is heavy.
This is my story and the way you can (maybe) help me , especially if you re a man :
I have phimosis (my penis foreskin hole is tight) i Ve had many issue with that (hurting, scaring etc..) i also had a lichen sclerosis (wich can be mistaken with vitiligo by the way ) .
3 years ago i looked at my penis (without erection) and i réalise the inner foreskin was very fair, Even White, and also i saw patches of brown « pigments ». I thinked of vitiligo but was not sure, maybe everyone is like this .
Then we are 3 years later, its havent changed a bit, but my anxiety exploded since i saw a post of someone with diagnosed vitiligo who had a similar inner foreskin than me, Even if he ad also other places .
My question is simple , if a brave man (or a female if its not too unconfortable) , with vitiligo in this area here can devote himself to check by DM a photo or two, and give me his opinion if , in his opinion , its vitiligo or not .
This is maybe a bit exagerated and its not a big deal if nobody want to Check, but it can free me of a big questionning and bad sleep. Because waiting by september is very long .
Sorry for this request i Hope im not seen as a naturist or something 😂 , but i dont find any groups dedicated to vitiligo where we can show this kind of body parts, and its also part of vitiligo ´s areas .
