Getting diagnosed with audhd in Germany

Hi guys,

I would like to look into getting diagnosed with audhd. I am from Germany and I don’t really know what resources there are here. I do have an adhd diagnosis.

Also, lmk what you think about my situation/case:

At school, I had very fluctuating grades. In first grade, my teacher wanted me to repeat the grade because I was unable to focus. My grades were quite bad. Then suddenly I got really good at math. Like from one day to another.
Same in 5th grade. I started 5th grade at a new school and I was terrible at math. I stayed terrible at math for another two years. Then I got really into languages and I applied how in understood languages to math, so I got good at math again. Now I speak 7 languages.

Then I mostly had straights As for the rest of my academic career. I have a Bachelor’s degree now.

I am very forgetful. I think fast but I struggle to process information quickly if that makes sense. I can write a long analysis faster than most of my classmates but I will be super slow at copying things from the blackboard.

I have meltdowns sometimes. I’m quite sensitive to noise.
I have a special spoon, knife and fork. I have a special pillow that I’ve slept with since I was 2. I also have OCD. I struggle to regulate my emotions tbh. I especially freak out if my head feels unorganized or as if I don’t understand something. And I feel guilty over being “complicated”.

I have special interests and I talk a lot about them and then I feel super ashamed that I talked about them??

I get very overstimulated by my phone.
I get very overstimulated by clothes. My hair often feels uncomfy. Or the position I’m falling asleep in. Stuff like that.

People have told me I was weird growing up. And that I had weird interests. I ask a lot of random questions. When I was a child my cousins joked that I was autistic. So did a boyfriend that I once had.

I am very extroverted and quite sociable.

I think my academic and professional and social performance make me appear like nothing is “different” but sometimes I’m just screaming inside because my brain is too much. I don’t dislike myself or the way my brain works. I wouldn’t wanna change it. But I do feel like it’s just overwhelming sometimes.

Also I’m hyper flexible which I think is common among neurodivergent people.

Oh and I have the same 5 meals that I ALWAYS eat. And a religious skin care routine and I feel off if I don’t do it.
I like to do things spontaneously however.

Do u think I’m audhd? Any tips for Germany?

Thanks!
