I’ve been doing Brandt-Daroff exercises for a couple of days and today I’ve experienced my first vertigo when I laid down on my right ear. I do the exercises twice a day and it only started happening today and ONLY during the first round. It doesn’t happen during later rounds.

Is my BPPV back? Should I stop doing the exercises? I’m honestly confused as to what to do. My doctor only said to come back if it got worse but the vertigo isn’t that bad and only lasts like 5 seconds.
