Seems like something that’s a lot of thought and work for just an RSD release so does anyone know/think it might have a wider release?

Hi all,
My mum needs to submit a new blue badge application but can’t remember how many points she’d been awarded for the moving around section in her PIP award letter. I’ve read you can get a new letter sent but she’s worried that it will trigger a reassessment or draw attention to her. Is this the case at all? Thank you
