My daughter got glasses recently from a local optician. I submitted the claim, checked it, and it said the claim was denied: "Manulife reviewed the provider on your claim. Based on the review, we won't accept any claims from this provider. We also won't accept any claims from a related business. We've told the provider about the review and our decision." I don't understand this at all. I purchases them from an optician that has historically been reputable. When I bought them the salesperson said if I had had any issues submitting my claim to call the Office. Maybe that should have been a red flag but thought they say that to everyone just in case. What could they even do if I do call? Do I have any recourse with Manulife?
