Just bought a brand new Bambino. Using the pressurized dual wall, every time I try to knock out my coffee puck the whole thing comes out (puck is stuck the the metal cup) of my portafilter. Is my dual wall or portafilter faulty? I end up have to dig at the metal cup to get the coffee puck out. It is quite annoying.
