Hi peeps.

It is 11:38pm here. Got admitted today.
On 1 hourly nebs.
Who wants to keep me company through the night 😬😀

Chest tightness started on 28 April (1st warning sign). Progressively built up to SOB / air hunger / gasping. 1 GP visit, 2 AE visits, 5 rounds of nebs, 2 x 5 days pred courses, IV hydrocort, Mag Sulphate, and daily symptoms later, i went to polyclinic yesterday to ask for 3rd course of pred. Dr refused (which I understand) and referred me back to AE. AE and now admitting doctor have declined to give me nebs in view of clear lung sounds and are instead focusing on ruling out cardiac and other pulmonary issues. I understand their caution but to them, no wheeze and normal eosinophil count = hmm maybe not asthma. I’ve repeatedly explained that I dont wheeze even at the point of asthma diagnosis ard 2008. So … 17 years of Ventolin placebo effect? I am just hmm lost / doubting myself / frustrated. There it is. Thanks for reading this far.

Any way to go around this or it’s a hard stop?
