Harrison County: Help stop Flock Safety ALPR cameras tracking our vehicles without consent
Hey East Texas neighbors,
I'm circulating a petition to end the Flock Safety automated license plate reader (ALPR) camera program in Harrison County. These cameras track every vehicle that drives by — recording where we go, when, and how often — often without most residents even knowing or consenting.
This is taxpayer-funded mass surveillance that raises serious privacy concerns and potential overreach. We deserve public input and transparency before systems like this expand.

What are your thoughts? Have you noticed these cameras around Marshall, Waskom, or elsewhere in the county? Let's discuss civil liberties in our community.
