I know I am a few years late but I just started playing HK a few days ago. It was my first metroidvania and really made me fall in love with the genre.

Anyway I was playing the game blind and didn't really take a lot of help from the wiki. Despite my sub-par movement and skill in game i decided to make it a point to explore as much as I could (to the point I would mindlessly swing my nail at every dead end in hopes of finding a secret room 😭😭).

... a few hours back I just beat "The Hollow Knight" and thought i was done with the game. Now imagine my surprise when i realised I had ONLY completed 76% of the game💔🥀. I decided it was about time i actually started searching up stuff to see what I had missed, and oh boy was it surprising when i came across the multiple endings and above all THE EXISTENCE OF THE HUNTERS JOURNAL!!! I have no idea how i didn't even pick that up during my playthrough 😭

Have yall had a similar experience when playing the game blind? Would love to read about you guys' first playthroughs!
