We’re recruiting Australian UGC creators for This Day an Australian owned app helping hair, beauty and wellness businesses fill last-minute appointment cancellations and no-shows.

We’re building a team of creators to make authentic TikTok and Instagram content, and we’re looking for people we’d love to work with long-term.

Pay:
• AUD $25 guaranteed per approved TikTok or Instagram Reel (paid on approval)
• 10,000 views = +AUD $50 bonus
• 100,000 views = +AUD $250 bonus
• 500,000+ views = +AUD $1,000 bonus

View bonuses are based on the total organic views on the creator’s original public post, measured 30 days after publishing (time frame negotiable)

What we provide:
• Creative ideas, briefs and content inspiration (or complete creative freedom if that’s your style)
• Weekly feedback on what’s performing
• Ongoing opportunities for creators who consistently produce great content
Looking for:
• Talking head / storytelling videos

• POV or “Come with me” style videos

Requirements:
• Based in Australia
• Comfortable on camera or using voiceovers
• Able to create authentic content for

• Reliable, creative and easy to work with

No follower count required—we’re looking for great creators, not big audiences.

Problem/solution style videos
Beauty, lifestyle or small business content is a bonus (but not essential!)

I’m looking for some advice. I’m using an ad agency to run meta ads. I’m also paying about $100 a day for ads. I don’t know what data I need to be looking at to see if my investment each month is worth it, currently on month 3.
