ESP Over Limit?
Hello! I recently started the ESP program and did not realize the limits are set for one year, not per semester. I only realized this after I signed up for my fall classes and I am now past the limit for my ESP. I’m only over a couple grand so I could pay it out of pocket if needed but my ESP dashboard never updated when I first submitted vouchers to the school. The school finance page cleared all my amounts and set them to zero but the actual ESP page showed 12000 until I was starting my fall classes. I had submitted my vouchers to the school thinking I still had enough to cover everything and today when I checked, everything was set back to zero. So I’m definitely over the ESP limit but the school doesn’t say I owe anything. What do I do from here? Should I reach out? I would assume they will eventually notice and don’t want to be stuck with late fees or refund charges but I’m not sure who to contact, whether it should be the school or someone who can help me with RTX ESP finance dept.
