Please Help Me Save My Course! WGS 10000 - 4206
Hi there! My name is Joe Baez. My pronouns are she/her/hers. I was born and raised in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, and I've been an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Women and Gender Studies department since 2023. I'm writing to invite you all to enroll in my 8-week online course during Session 1. I am teaching WGS 10000: Introduction to Gender & Sexuality Studies. My course meets from 3:20 pm to 5:40 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. We will not be meeting on Mondays. We will only be meeting on Wednesdays. There will be lax, alternative assignments on Mondays. There are no required purchases. All materials will be available online on Brightspace.

I am still in the process of updating my summer syllabus, but this Fall and this Spring, I discussed topics with my students such as Ozempic, the male loneliness epidemic, Andrew Tate and manosphere, and the trial of Sean Combs.
