I don’t wanna demotivate anyone or tell them their experiences aren’t real i’ve just had a hard time wrapping my head around it like you’ve only shifted for about a few seconds to a minute and then instantly came back here?!? how does that work is it bc you’re not used to it?! but then people also say once you enter your dr you have memories from there so wouldn’t feel normal?! idk im just really confused abt it
