What Should I Do?

My school naturally do not include graduation date explicitly on their transcript. But the school i am attending wants me to include my graduation date. Another question is: What do they mean by "final official transcripts"? Should i tell my teacher to send results of 9-12 grades or just grade 12 in this case?

What is the 2 questions i am missing? Can u guys remember? Wasn't there a inequality question? I bluntly remember seeing an inequality question with k involved but can't remember properly
