cashier didn’t ring up item

UPDATE: i did bring the item back to pay for it. the mod insisted on me telling who rang me up😬 my conscience is clear at least lol. thank you for all the advice!

i’m an associate and the cashier didn’t ring up my hair clips. since i work there do i need to do the right thing and go back and pay for them? or is it just a loss on their end cause she didn’t ring them up lol. screw the company, but i am scared of getting in trouble if that’s considering “stealing”.

cutting hours

i was hired part-time on April 24th; since then, I have worked no less than 21 hours a week. These last two weeks I've been working 29 hours. I got my schedule for June 14th-20th, and I have 11 hours. Where is the logic with this? Is this an appropriate thing to bring up to my scheduling manager?
