It took me until right before the ending of 2033 to realize you can charge the flashlight.
All this time I've been wondering why my flashlight was so pitifully dim compared to those of my comrades. Guess I missed the tutorial.

Stun bugged?
Three times since last night, enemies have been snapping out of stun almost instantly after the initial stun for me. I don't know why this randomly started happening. Is anyone else having this issue?

Edit for the people already getting offended in the comments: I'm referring to when there is OBVIOUSLY no break in traffic to safely turn into.
