At London, Heathrow, we missed the connecting flight due to Wheelchair assistance. Are we owed compensation?
On June 9, 2026, my mother and I were traveling through Heathrow on British Airways when we missed our connection due to poor, disorganized wheelchair assistance. We did get overnight accommodations and meals, but I had to change my travel plans for June 10, 2026, on another airline, which cost me $336. Plus the stress of having to deal with this, when if they had a better system, we would have made our flight, no problem. Does this qualify for compensation?
