I have the perfect weapons for every other slot, just don't have one for Ice. But I don't want just any average one, I want only the best.
So far the one I have gives the enemy frostbite when you cast an ice spell, problem is that I literally only have 1 ice spell, and it's also a burst spell, and I have horo-show armor, so the frostbite is a bit redundant.
I want a different one, something that works really well for mages, but maybe not the Arctic Athame (although can be convinced on that one, but the extra damage doesn't really seem worth it).
I have I think all the "Nukes" I could need, I will post my character page after work so you can have a look.
But both my Vampire and Necromancer armors can inflict bleed, so every now and then if I encounter something with high resistances or a damage softcap I will use some bleed on it.
But is it even worth it for my kind of build...?
I was also considering adding something like Burn or Prismatic Burn as well, what are your thoughts on that?
Been racking my head trying to decide on this
Have always wondered about this question, and I don't have much knowledge or experience with the bosses in this game.

Was it Nightbane? Safiria? Carnax? Wolfwing?

Or someone else completely?
I'm torn between Goggernaut Helm and Irt of Osiris as they seem to be the best.

But do you know if there is a better misc?

Damage isn't really a problem, I'm more looking for accuracy
My stats are 250 INT, 250 LCK, 205 END. All other stats are 0.

Is the lack of STR going to affect me using the new Nemesis set to it's fully potential?
Does it get buffed more if you have the complete set? (Weapon, armor, shield, pet, misc, spell).

With regards to the pet, does increasing my Charisma make it's poison stronger?
Just decided to use my latest UR GGB to get the prime chaos orb. I've heard it's a must have.
(I have both poelalas and all the other necessary stuff, apart from maybe spells, I could probably do timekillers 3:10 or furious trobble, let me know what you think of those, I also have snake master strike which I'm on the fence about, arms of the dragonguard is probably better but also costs an UR).
But. I wanna know, out of those 3 miscs, what applies the biggest buff to damage? And which is the most practical.
(I'm also up for recommendations for other miscs, I'm looking to replace the horo show void visor)
I just recently learned about the Necromancer class being redone, and HOT DAMN is it good 😧 I did the whole questline and got it to level 20, and got the spellcaster obsidian cloak. And I can honestly say that it is the most powerful armor I have (and I have 2 bloodmage armors mind you...).
I made a post about the Geocastellum Ghost being impossible to beat for me, yet as soon as I got the obsidian cloak I just spammed Fear the whole fight and it was a piece of cake.
So, I'm wondering, how many other classes got revamped?
Just got the spellbound necromancer robes, and that covered all my darkness spells, and also fire (mostly, idk how reliable that 1 spell is). So I have freed up a couple spell slots for some more utility.
All the info I can find on good spells is outdated and doesn't include new stuff.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Also, given that the necromancer robes has a lot of different darkness options, is it even worth it to keep Destruction Burst just for the fire damage?
What am I missing or doing wrong? (Level 138 X-Guardian).
Also sorry for the terrible quality
Genuinely, he seems impossible 😅
Softcap for damage per round, gets stronger and more durable as the match goes on, if you hit him with his weakness he obliterates you.
I am CERTAIN there are absolutely people who have beaten him. So my big question is...
How 🙄 How the hell...
I got the Wingman one, bought it from BCF a few weeks ago. At first it was pretty good, and it has been incredibly useful for my groundskeeping role, especially dealing with drain slits.
However it has quickly started to rust despite a lot of care I have taken, so a lot of the tools are now stuck or very hard to open.
I will say again, I have only had it for a few weeks, and haven't really used it for anything heavy duty, just random maintenance.
The knife on it is a combination blade (which is already pretty controversial, a lot of people say they are shit) and it dulls quicker than I think any blade I've ever seen 😅...
I used it for sawing through some grass and tough roots around drainage, and it dulled and became basically worthless within a minute or 2, despite the fact that I spent all my lunch break sharpening it.
Would anyone have any good recommendations? I will specify that the pliers are essential, they have been absolutely the most useful thing on it. But I think this particular leatherman is just a dud 🫤
First off, goddamn it's been a while since I've played this 😂 interesting to see it still has a community, I guess it is strangely addictive 🤔
But anyway, I have a level 137 FO Mage, and I have been scratching my head trying to figure out what more to do with it. It has mainly been the following problems tbh:
I want to have a healing spell, it just works well with the essence orb and using geocastellum robes and also mana regeneration, however as I'm sure everyone knows by now, they are not great 😬 so it's been difficult...
I have the Angelic Robes, and they are definitely helpful, but not enough. I am wondering what Misc, or Shield or Pet etc would help with buffing healing? I tried Teacup of Life, and it's a "tiny" bit better, but skips a turn which I don't like. I have tried the Grakma Warhorn (Cry Havoc ability) and despite people saying that it buffs spell damage a lot and healing, I am seeing practically zero improvement.
I have the Blood Contract as well, but that also doesn't do much. So does anyone have amy suggestions? I have heard about the Mermazon Misc, but I have no idea how to get it 😐
The other problem I've been having, is deciding between Overcharged Cure Mortal Wounds and Twisted Siphon.
Twisted Siphon definitely sounds better, but since it's also an offensive spell it has a chance to miss. But. It would free up a second slot in my spells to get Creation Burst which I am also on the fence about.
Between Bloodmage armor (not the light version), generalist robe, and angelic robes, I don't know what is going to buff Creation Burst more (in terms of just the light damage), and what between the generalist robe and angelic robe would be better for healing/twisted siphon.
I am also wondering, would it be better to use Warlics Oblivion Sphere or Blood Contract for my main damage boosting?
If there is any other advice please let me know, and if you have questions I will answer (I have dual Poelalas as well btw).
It might be easier to just show you my character page, if anyone wants that I can provide it.
I finally decided to use my Sharpal 116N stone for the first time to sharpen the main blade on my Swiss Army Knife.
I...am pretty sure I did it wrong 😅😅
Because the blade is now ruined 😬 or at least will need a professional to fix it.
It doesn't cut very clean so probably has a lot of burrs, and the geometry is probably off now too.
I mean, I didn't THINK I did it wrong 😕 I kept it at a good angle not too high and didn't move it much, I pushed it back and forth on the stone on 1 side and then the other.
Was I supposed to put water on that kind of stone? Was I at the wrong angle? Did I move it wrong?
I clearly don't know how to do this 😐
