Last minute ghoul theory
So it is mentioned in an episode that PLANTS can be ghouled right? so my Theory (Which could be plausable) is that the Ghoul is... Grimmals Yaoi Paddle! and it would function as a listening device and could possibly control Grimmal at times. Stupid theory but its something I don't think I have see other talk about
