Getting the run around with Mint Mobile
I'm hoping someone here can help me. I've tried calling Mint Mobile multiple times to no avail.
I have an iPhone, my wife has a Galaxy S22 Ultra. We both have Mint Mobile. My phone works fine, hers does not (most of the time).
I have called Mint Mobile. They first indicated that it was a tower issue. One month later, I called back and they led me through a lot of troubleshooting steps to no avail, including replacing the eSIM for a physical SIM, stating an issue with the eSIM. This did not help.
Mint then reiterated that it was a tower issue. I spoke with a phone repair shop regarding the phone and they weren't able to find any issues with the phone. Additionally, they confirmed that it's likely a tower issue. I mentioned that it's weird that my iPhone still works, but according to the repair shop, it's not that uncommon for iPhones and Androids to interact differently with service.
My wife's phone worked fine for years, and now all of a sudden cannot catch service outside of the city limits. It's been this way since January. When I call Mint Mobile, they just reiterate that it's a tower issue and they are working on it (since February).
I'm at a loss. The phone works. It even works using Mint's service, although to a much lesser degree than before. I tried following the wiki troubleshooting guide, but that didn't help either.
Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone have any advice?
