Drakula's requirements are a pain in the ass for me. How do I get to trials 20+

I love Jerry and all but... This is making me stressed as hell doing this over and over again as my runs mostly end on one, specific area... Trial 10. This has basically been my barrier and I don't know how I'll even do this. I was also so close to beating it with one infection left until corrupted Jerry decided to come over (I don't WANT to imagine the Khilutatra boss). Multiplayer or Solo, I just seem to stop here
