I would prefer to keep my budget somewhat low, but I am open for anything. I am not picky about location, but I am hoping to find a room that is  near a metro station and/or bus stops.

As a roommate, I am organized, I have no qualms about helping out around the house, and would be more than happy to hang out with my roommates and become friends.
