Dumb post but.. just a thought for marking thru names/words…

The pictures can be edited with a box or a shape with a color to mark over the word/name u can mark out vs scribbling over it.

I apologize for sounding tacky. I don’t mean to. I just didn’t know how many people realized you could put a shape over a word vs drawing over it

Calculus course worth doing for CLEP exam (Saylor.org)

Has anyone tried the Saylor.org calculus course for study material on the calc CLEP exam?

It’s free, the material is virtually the same as what is on the CLEP exam guide.

It is sitting on there for free for anyone to try it and it you want to take the final exam, it’s proctored for $5. Saylor will give u college credit for it.

Looking forward to any thoughts on this.

SPIDER B GONE SYSTEM

A spider b gone system is a system where big barrel is set on a boat dock or any other outdoor structure. It has hoses that are connected to the barrel and then run around the top of the structure.

These were/may still be popular on lake Travis, Texas. A few years ago, the barrels had commercial pesticides in them for killing insects.

They are useful for keeping cobwebs off of boat docks. Well someone came along and questioned the chemicals being used in the barrels since they were over bodies of water that the communities were using for general water use.

As a result, the manufacturers had to change out the chemical compounds for the environment.

The chemical compound is now a combination of citronella, vinegar, lemon juice and a couple of other chemicals for a natural chemical makeup that is good for the environment!

Collegeboard official CLEP exam guides/clep core exam study guide books/studocu.. ($10/free/free) explained

This is just an eye opener for those of who are spending $10 on the official Collegeboard exam guides.

I would never assume to tell people how to spend their money and I realize that people buy the the exam guides because they are u set the impression they are getting the latest versions of info they need for the exam. I can tell you from experience and reading reviews about the official exam guides that they do not change from year to year. I think Collegeboard would have you believe that so that they can sell the pdfs to unsuspecting people.

I would like to propose something if you would like to save money, the core exam guide book is the same thing as the what is on the website for $10. You can see it here for free:

https://archive.org/details/clepofficialstud0000unse\_h4n2

There are also versions of it on the Internet for free if you google “CLEP exam ______ study guide (your subject in the blank.” You can see the free versions on websites like studocu and more.

If you feel like u need to spend their $10, get the official exam guide, compare it to the free versions and realize how worthless it is, u can always get a $10 refund as well.

This is just something I have noticed. I am always trying to help people save money on their exams, as you all know.

REA guide posts explained

Please forgive what seems like spamming the sub. That isn’t not my intent on reposting ALL OF the REA exam guides.

I realize that not all of the books are the only thing needed for certain exams. Having said that, however, I would like to say that I posted them because people do not seem to understand the search tool.

It seemed like they needed to be refreshed in the sub because people claim to not have time to search the sub.. 🤷‍♀️ I dont know.

I hope that refreshing and reposting all of this helps people find the study material they need. A lot of the archive files can be downloaded from the website. I uploaded a bunch that could be if this is something that could be useful for u. I am still working towards the goal of having all of the REA books in my Google folder. I had a good collection until Google decided to close my old drive account.

I am having to start over from scratch with it.
