I’m back again, after trying a few others this is the only thing that works. But looking for advice in the long game.

I’ve used ADF in the past, it’s worked wonders but I usually lose my momentum around 3-4 weeks then hop off, and ultimately gain back what I lost.

OMAD is harder for me, because I don’t know when to stop, whereas ADF I can make a black and white decision.

I would like to hold this for the long game, at least 3 months. I am an active cyclist - 100+k a week. And gym 2-3 days. So that I have covered.

Those who have success, how do you get through the long game?
