Lost and an advice🙏

Hey everyone, I’m 18 years old, 165 cm and around 90 kg. I really want to lose weight and improve my life, but honestly I feel completely lost and don’t know where to begin. I’d really appreciate advice from people who started overweight and managed to turn things around.

What should I actually do from day 1? Like from the first moment I walk into the gym or start trying to lose weight. Should I focus on walking first, weight training, cardio, calories, apps, diet, protein, sleep, or just building habits and discipline?

I also want habits that are easy to adapt to and realistic long term, because I know if I try to change everything at once or do super hard routines, I’ll probably quit fast. What small habits made the biggest difference for you as a beginner, and what mistakes should I avoid? Thanks 🙏
