PayPal, what’s going on here? I paid the seller $160 (€144), but the seller decided to issue a refund because the item was no longer available. They clicked the refund button, and I received $160 back — but now it’s only €137.
So my question is: where did my €7 go? Yes, it’s not a huge amount, but imagine if this happens tens of thousands of times...
And what kind of exchange rate is this? €1 = $1.10?
