This build transforms the Italian Riviera set into a modular form that can fit perfectly into your city. I wanted to preserve as many features from the original set as possible and keep its layout this time and still on a one-baseplate footprint.

This modular building consists of three distinct buildings, with a backyard filled with seawater.

On the first floor, the right building houses an ice cream parlor, while the left building contains a fish shop. The building on the corner features a scuba diving shop. The backyard is accessible through the ice cream parlor.

The second floor of the ice cream parlor contains a kitchen along with a sleeping area and connects to the second floor of the scuba diving shop, which features a sofa, TV, and balcony, as in the original set. The second floor of the fish shop can be reached by outdoor stairs in the backyard and contains a large kitchen for making pasta.

A staircase leads to the third floor of the left building, which contains a bed, shower, and balcony, just like in the original set.

The roofs are nicely decorated, though there is no way to access them.

This build is a straight version of my Corner Botanical Garden which fits to only one baseplate. I tried to fit as many features from original set as possible on the limited space. It has one large first floor and small second floor over the entrance which is accessible by extended stairs.

Overall, it should fit better with other modular buildings than the original set if you decide to add it to your city.

Hello everyone! I created this alternative build inspired by Green Grocer set from the 10326  Natural History Museum set.

The first floor is occupied by the florist, where customers can buy all kinds of flowers and some small gifts. The rest of the floor is a hall leading to the backyard and to the stairs that lead to the second floor.

The second floor is the living area of the florist shop owner's flat. It consists of a work area with a table and chair, and a leisure area with a 3D TV, small table and couch. Wide doors lead to the French balcony. Stairs lead to the third floor.

The third floor consists of a bedroom and a small bathroom. There is a cozy book nook by the window. The bedroom contains a double bed, nightstands, a flower in the corner, and a variety of fun hats to try on. In the corner, there is a bathroom with a toilet and washbasin. Stairs lead to the roof balcony.

The roof balcony is dedicated to stargazing and features a nice telescope.

Hello everyone! I created this alternative build inspired by Brick Bank set from the latest modular building Shopping Street.

The first floor is occupied by the post office, where packages and letters can be sent. There is also a small shop with a chair sale. Stairs lead from the first floor to the second floor.

The second floor is the administrative part of the post office, featuring a leisure area with coffee machine, an open-space office area with statue in the corner, and the enclosed office of the manager. A ladder leads to the third floor.

The third floor consists of only a small room for the pigeon post. There is also a rat on the floor munching on some cheese.

This MOC is an enclosed version of 10354 The Shire set, which felt quite incomplete without a back. I also used parts from the Bilbo birthday party and merged the trees into one, adding some grass patches underneath. Other than that, I reused all the features of the original build, including the play feature in the main fireplace.

The smaller room is now accessible and no longer separated from the main room. The back of the hole is detachable for better access, and the roof can also be easily removed from the side.

You can also build the party tent, but I didn’t include it in the instructions because I can’t properly simulate the cloth piece.
