Minas tirith light kit brickbling not fully working

I just installed the brickbling light kit on minas tirith and it looks very nice but a part of the city doesn’t light up. I tested the lights and they turn on induavidualy but not when i turn it on the proper way. If anyone also had the light kit and knows a solution it would be greatly apriciated.

Couldn’t afford Minas Tirith so I made my own + Last Alliance

Made a custom wall section to display my Gondorians cause lord knows I can’t afford the real one. (peep the Gondor keyboard)

My Elendil looks like George Lucas and I can’t unsee it

It fits!

A year ago I asked for some advice on the measurements of Lego Rivendell. Had not yet bought the set at that time and wanted to know if it would fit in the big cabinet in the living toom.

Well, it fits! So, thank you all :)

Enjoy!

(Still need to connect all the LMB cables and plug it into a Hue smart plug so the whole cabinet lights up on command. Also bought some custom capes and added Bill the pony)

(Sadly, need to find/build a separate display cabinet for the Shire, Minas Tirith and Barad Dur… More projects yeeeaah!)

When do you think we will get Rohan sets? And what do you predict for 2027?

Any idea when we will get some Rohan based sets? Going Through the books again through Andy Serkis Audiobooks, every time I just can’t say enough how much I love King Theoden and all the Rohan parts! What are the actual chances we will get an Edoras or Updated Helms Deep next year in your guys honest opinion? Wish we got more LOTR sets then 1 big one (2 extra this year so that’s a good sign )a year but I guess it’s better then nothing 🙂,also how many sets do you predict we will get in 2027?

What is the worst LOTR Lego with today's prices?

Everything is in the title. I just finished my collection of Lego LOTR/Hobbit sets and it was a blast. Got some very good deals, and I had to pay some at market price.

I'll go first, in my opinion, with the current prices, the worst one is the Pirate Ship Ambush. The dead minifigures are out of this world, but besides that, it is pretty bland. Not that much room to play with, looks good on a shelf, but compared to similar priced sets (Helm's Deep), it's not up to par.

Worth the wait?

Ordered within the first 10 minutes and the order was placed but never processed because of an error. Once I followed up with support they gave me roughly $35 of points which I was very happy with at the time. This wait is brutal though so I think I’d rather get the set sooner than save $35. Which would y’all rather have?

Support guaranteed I would get GROND in an email so hopefully that will be the case!

Minas Tirith or Barad Dur

Which one should I get? I already have Rivendell and love it. I have the budget for Minas Tirith but it I get Barad Dur, I could get another set too so any recs there would be great too. Thanks!

LEGO is missing out by not making more minifigures

My daughter started Minas Tirith two weeks ago and Sauron’s forces are taking advantage of the slow construction to invade the land.

The orcs and Nazgûl are all third party minifigures but they look really nice, especially since I paid a fraction of the price of a regular CMF for each one.

I think LEGO could earn a lot if they made more characters in minifigures form. I don’t want (nor have the space) to get 8000+ bricks every time I want to expand on Middle Earth lore.
