Was finally able to dig these out and rebuild them!! I still gotta get out the original though but these are my classic space recolors of Benny’s Spaceship!!

This is by far the most exciting thing I have ever built. Its one of those things that captures your eye whenever you walk in the room. I had 75 percent of the pieces in my loose collection, then it took another 6 months to get the rest. I put certain rules on myself that made it take longer, use as little black, grey and white as possible. Second try not to put the same color next to each other. Also I realize there are 2 dishes on top. I already bought the pieces for both and I was determined to put them both on there. I also decided to put translucent colored plastic on the inside of the cockpit shield to try to blend it with the rest of the ship.

I finally got around to building a warship for this seafaring faction. The similarities to the Greyjoys from GoT are unavoidable and, honestly welcomed. There wasn't much variation that I could do with the legs and torsos, but I got a little crazy with the helmets. I ditched the brown viking helm in favor of pdg.

Im really happy with the ship, although the 20 figs that I have on it now are DEFINITELY the most that would fit.

Lego Kraken Ship — Small Stern Cabin or Open Stern?

I’m working on a small medieval sailing ship for the new LEGO Kraken warrior faction, inspired by the coastal rivalry between the Kraken and Griffin factions introduced with the Minifigure Vending Machine 21358.

I’ve been imagining the Kraken warriors as seafaring warriors whose shipbuilding evolved from Viking longships into larger single-mast medieval cog ships. The ship is designed to fit the scale and style of classic LEGO Castle while giving the new Kraken faction a way to venture out onto the high seas. I recently made a change to the stern, and I’m undecided between two versions:

1. With the small stern cabin — it gives the ship a place to store treasure, supplies, goods, or even a captured Griffin Knight.

2. Without the cabin — it leaves the stern more open and gives the deck a little more room for minifigure play and battles. This design is simpler and has fewer pieces.

The rest of the ship includes a working ballista, movable helm, retractable anchor, custom Kraken sail, and four minifigures including a Kraken Captain, Kraken Archer, Kraken Warrior, and a Griffin Knight captive carrying a mysterious enchanted letter.

Which version do you prefer — WITH the small cabin or WITHOUT it? And why?

Nell'opzione B il corpo macchina potrebbe essere messo in qualsiasi punto della terrazza

p.s. Preferiremmo avere 1 solo corpo macchina esterno ma siamo aperti anche ad altre soluzioni

I recently had half of my tooth removed due to damage. Right now, I’m at a crossroads and my dentist gave me two options:

​Keep the remaining half of the root, build it back up (like a capsule/crown with a post), and try to save the natural tooth.

​Extract the rest of the root completely and get a titanium dental implant screwed in.

​For those who have been through this (or dental professionals), what are the pros and cons of trying to save a heavily broken tooth vs. just biting the bullet and getting the implant from the start? Thanks

• Masonry bricks to add a bit of texture and hint at weathering
