Hi everyone! Happy to share my traditional piece here.

This is a concept of an Amber Horned Dragon, heavily inspired by the warm tones of desert canyons and sun-drenched landscapes. I wanted to balance the soft, layered watercolor washes with sharp, clean line work to give its features more definition.

Technical details:

* Medium: Watercolor and Sakura Micron fineliners.

* Paper: 100% Cotton, 300 gsm, A5 format.

Finally finished another artwork, another WoF Hybrid.

It took months, so much that I almost forgot about it.

Posted my Hotd dragon here yesterday and decided to do another for my girlfriend. She named him Saltburn (not the movie) because he likes to wade in shallow waters along the coast. His hot scales leaves a crust of salt on his body which makes for a nice mid-flight electrolyte boost. Somewhere between Syrax and Meleys in size🐉🐉

Commission work : Mr. Boatswain-Athreon

Mr. Boatswain is a beholder twisted into the vessel of the dead dragon god Athreon.

His spider-like body sprouts scaled necks with twin draconic heads. The central eye burns with divine corruption, while eyestalks writhe like serpents.
