I HATE DEALER SERVICE DEPARTMENTS!! That is why I have been doing all maintenance and repairs (that I can do) on all my vehicles for 45 yrs. Too many horror stories and shoddy work. I let our KIA dealer do the first free oil/filter change 6 mos ago, 4K mi. on our ‘25 Sportage SX-P and today rolled under there to do my own oil change and was surprised with Both service covers on the belly pan missing. No, they didnt fall off. No, there have been no impacts with anything underneath the car. Bubba in the oil rack didnt put them back on!! So now I have to go convince the dealer they screwed up and to replace them. I know theyre gonna complain it’s been 6 mos. Are we supposed to check that every piece, part, nut and bolt was reinstalled every time we take in our car?? This isn’t gonna be pretty. I’m gonna wait a couple days to cool off because I’m livid right now.

Cityside Fiber installation has now started in Pacific Hills!! NO MORE BAND CAPS. Cox wouldn’t listen and it’s too late now. So Long Cox!! They’ve handcuffed us with them and throttled speeds for way too long. None of my friends from all over the country have band caps and just laugh when they hear we still have them. Curious to hear how Cityside is working out in areas of MV that already have it?? TIA
