I've come across the ecco the dolphin website, and it looks really clean and official. I found it through a YouTube short a while back. I'm a big fan of the world of Ecco the Dolphin and feel like it deserves much more justice than it's received.

So I marked the date the timer should be done by; roughly August 19th of this year. I went back and checked on the timer a day or two ago and noticed the timer had been adjusted to 1,725 hours, which would put the date (roughly) at October 18th, not August 19th.

I can hardly find anyone talking about this, but I was able to find another post on this Subreddit, claiming the date was scheduled for much earlier than even August 18th.

So, what gives? Is there any official statement about this website or what it's presenting? I see that it's about remakes and possible additions to the franchise, but other than this website, is there any evidence of this being planned?

I haven't seen many articles covering what to expect and how to navigate the ticketing system when it comes to compromised accounts, so I wanted to share my story for others who may have been hacked and are worried if they have lost their copy, or if there is hope.

I'm not a cyber security expert so I'll just be focusing on how things went rather than giving explicit advice on cyber defense (there are already plenty of resources for that).

My account was hacked, and as most people do in that situation, I panicked. I found the ticket system as a resource and submitted a ticket there. Then, I went here, to ask for what to do next. Finally, I went to the official Discord, to see if I could get direct help or advice from a staff member.

It took about a month to receive my first ticket response. After that, two to three days to respond back to my replies. My account was eventually recovered, and I was able to secure it further.

My advice to anyone who currently has no access to their account: Do not ask for advice here, unless you want your karma to tank. Posting any details about a hacked account in the official server can get you banned, as well. Please do your research on cyber security as well if your account is hacked. Most of it may be no-brainer but obviously, we did something wrong if we got ourselves here.

So, if you have a hacked account:

• Submit a hacked account ticket to the Official Hytale Support website (Google it)

• Provide all the details you can

• Be patient

What they're going to ask for:

• Your purchase ID (you should have received an email from Hypixel Studios Canada)

• The date of purchase

• Personal verification details (name, date of birth)
