Septic System restrictions

There is a 4” PVC pipe buried 11”-20” below grade. It extends from septic tank to distribution box. Can a 6” deep concrete pad (12’x17’ minimum) be installed to hold a 14,000 lb pool on top of it? Looks like 118,5 lbs/ft^2 for pressure, not including concrete pad. I’ve found info to not build on top of the septic tank or drain field but not about this piping.

Herbicide Feedback

Using this guidance, I bought roundup poison ivy killer and mixed 1:1 ratio in a cup to brush it on the leaves/stem/cut ends of bindweed vines. I did it at night and then covered up the treated parts with adjacent mulch. I was going to use bags but there were too many. I covered them up because I didn’t want my dogs or chickens to touch the treated parts.

Did I mess up by covering it with mulch? Has anyone tried this method with triclopyr, fluazifop, diquat dibromide?

Should I ask the landscaper to come back?

It’s been a week and the weeded area under 3” of mulch is popping out. Weeds: grass and bindweed. They did several areas. This area I specifically asked to sift out all the roots. I’ve been battling it for many years and thought I’d go professional. Is it reasonable to ask for a follow up? We spent $5,500 (if that matters)
