I think it actually looks pretty tasteful! I think I’m pretty much done with aesthetic mods… besides some gold or bronze wheels. That’s gonna take me a bit to save up for! Thanks for looking yall!

Location DMV area. As I was coming off the 270 spur onto 495 east(I’ll explain if you don’t know the area. In bumper to bumper traffic a Nissan Altima collided with my drivers side wheel well.

So here is the details. Coming off the 270 spur heading on 495 east you are fed into the 5th lane of 495 east. There are signs 2000 feet in advance this lane will end and merge with lane 4 of 495 east(the far left lane).

As soon as I had the option to change lanes into the 4th lane and get out of the lane that would end I did. The Nissan Altima in front of me decided to jump from the 4th far left lane, back into the lane that will end in order to get ahead. No worries. Well the lanes are coming to the merge point and I am going with the flow of traffic, I let 3 cars(or they jumped in front of me) from the ending lane into my lane… well that wasn’t enough for them

He decided he was NOT gonna get stuck behind the slow truck and even though I was on the ass of the car in front of me I justtt let in, he wanted to squeeze into a space that didn’t exist. Eventually he is a foot from my left wheel well and also on the shoulder. I lay on the horn justttttt incase he didn’t see my rig even though he had been inching in for atleast 20 seconds expecting me to slam on the brakes. Well let’s just say I didn’t….

Eventually while I maintained my lane while he was still trying to merge into my lane from the shoulder, he collided with my truck.

Pulled over, called safety. Exchanged insurance information. Only thing I said to him was “brake is on the left buddy” he started to get uppity saying I ran him off the road and blah blah. I just pointed up at my dash cam and his face went pale…

I gave him my phone number and he gave me his before we parted ways.

Security and safety team reviewed the footage and found no fault for me. 10 mins later I get a call from them saying “hey so this is my dad’s car and I just wanted to see if there was no dmg to your truck if we can just avoid insurance” I’m like “buddy that’s not up to me, good luck”

Sorry for the long post. This is the first time I’ve been in an accident and I needed to vent/decompartmentalize

TLDR: Nissan Altima eats it at low speed because of ego

So first off thanks for the help yesterday about wheel fitment and brands. There were a lot of comments, all helpful and a lot of information to take in.

That being said I found this “set” on FB marketplace I think I’m going to pull the trigger on. They are Advan RG-D 19inch in matte gold. The specs are 19x9.5 114.3 with 45 offset. Am I correct in saying these will 100% fit my 2025 wrx?

The original offer was for 3 wheels(the 4th is cracked beyond repair but the tire is good) for 950. We haggled a little bit and the guy is gonna let them go for 500$, I think that’s a pretty good deal. I will have to buy one rim my self and take it somewhere to get the tire put on, I’m thinking that all together is prolly gonna cost me 300$.

Going to meet the guy half way saturday(we live 2.5 hours away from each other)

Any red flags in this deal yall?

2025 wrx premium. I finally am biting the bullet and want to buy some used wheels and tires. Not picky on the tires as long as they aren’t unusable, the rims I would prefer gold or bronze in color, not really picky about the brand so long as they aren’t beat up.

Anyone got a set laying around? My budget is about 900-1200$
