Job hunting in Japan from India (Non- IT background).

I am a 24 year old from India. I have done Bachelor's in science and a 2 year Pharmacy program from India. I am not from a tech background, I mean I have a strong hardware knowledge of computers but I don't know coding and software development. I am hunting for a job in Japan but I don't know where to look for it. Everywhere I go, I only see opportunities for individuals from tech background. Does Japan not have career opportunities from science background. Earlier I had a thought of working as an ALT but that doesn't pay well and there is no career growth in it. I am really confused I would appreciate a lot if someone could help me and point me in right direction. I was looking for jobs on Gaijinpot but didn't find much on it.

Help regarding certain fields in JET ALT application Form.

I'll be applying for JET ALT this year, but I have doubts regarding certain fields/column in application.

Lets start with my background.
I am 24, had completed my bachelor's in 2023, before enrolling into a 2 year Pharmacy program that I completed in 2025.

I was looking through the application form of JET ALT and came across some fields that I don't know how to fill in.
First one being Occupation, I am currently unemployed other than the part time Job I do, its more of like a volunteering rather than a paying job. So technically I am not a student cause I completed my bachelor's 3 years ago and even my Pharmacy Program last year and I am not employed, I have no employer.

Second is Academic specialization/Major, I did not do any major in my Bachelor's I have done my Bachelor's in science with (Chemistry, Botany and Zoology).

Third is Employment history I have never been employed so what I am supposed to fill in that table.

Forth is Teaching/coaching background I have none and there is also a column for teacher training, that I have not done.

What am I supposed to fill in these specially the first one or should I leave them blank, I am pretty sure these are not to be left blank.

Want to get MEXT through University route. For MSc

So I want do my masters from Japan by getting MEXT But I want to apply through University route I am 24 from India, as for my educational qualifications. I have done my Bachelors in science (Chemistry Botany and Zoology) from a very renowned government college with good grades and then did a 2 year pharmacy program (D.Pharma) and I am gold medalist in that.

But I am real confused on the process of applying through University route I have to contact a professor from University and then He'll select me and recommend me to MEXT.

If someone could help me with the whole process It would be a great help.

I have few doubts as well.

  1. What is an Ideal candidate for this route.
  2. What other scholarship program I can get into.
  3. Overall what should I do to get accepted and continue my career.

I can't stop thinking about her🥹🥹. Kya yahi pyar hai..
