I know I’m kinda new here but I’m getting sick of all the hate when people buy the new x3.
Everyone’s got an asshole and an opinion. Maybe it’s just me but I’m really getting sick of people hating on other peoples car purchases.
Someone on here traded their m40i for a newer x3. So fucking what? It’s his/her money. No one on these threads who is shit talking someone else’s car has to pay their car note. Why do you care??? If they are happy with their car, whose business is it besides theirs?
Just a quick rant. Sorry for posting this but it’s really getting out of hand.

Been here for a year with this beauty and I still haven’t posted pictures. My bad!!
Call this the one year review!
After one year and 9500 miles, my thoughts on my 23 x3 m40i.
I absolutely love it! Handles like a dream. Great HK sound system. I used BimmerLink and the OBD CX module to add the sound profiles to the HK system. Made a huge difference.
Pretty good gas mileage considering it’s got the b58tu and I only drive it in sport mode. I usually get around 25-28mpg and that’s with city driving.
So far, I’ve done 2 oil changes, front and rear differential service, brake fluid flush, coolant flush, cabin air filter, engine air filter, and a transfer case service on my own. None of the services I’ve done so far were particularly complicated. A little time consuming but she’s worth the work!
I don’t push this car even close to its potential but it’s still a ton of fun regardless.
