I'm getting around to improving some of my characters builds lately and Brant has always been a bit of a problem for me. Is there any advice to improve his build?

For context if needed, I typically run him with Sanhua and Changli in endgame
Is there a way to complete the "Collect 5 corrupted shrooms" quest If I already picked them up before the mission reset? Or should I just accept my fate of not getting the 200 extra currency
Ive been trying to get this last mission done for 4 days, I server hop to highly populated servers just for a CHANCE that someone will set it off with a wether change or hurricane token, stay in there for at least 1 or 2 hours and repeat, but ive had no luck 😭🥀 HELPPP
