Hi, I got the WaterRower with SmartRow, and wondering if at any point it needs calibration or updates? If so, what app do I use for that?

I’ve had the bike for almost a year and it has been great. Yesterday, a super weird thing happened. I parked and turned it off, and removed the keys.

When I got back to the bike, it was still on.. I tried to drive it to test it out and it all worked out. Then I drove to another place and turned it off and it would stay on.

I had to open the battery box and power cycle it. After that it was fine.

Just wondering if anyone has seen this or if there is a software update?
