If Verizon doesn’t get rid of the AI that borderline REFUSES to connect you to a real person I will leave Verizon after 20 years.
Why am I arguing? Why is it hanging up on me and most importantly why is it so hard to get help?
I’m not even anti-AI honestly but whatever model they are using is so strict and bad it’s impossible to actually get help.
Also check your bank statements because whatever “Verizon wallet” is pulled 100 out on top of the 100 for “Verizon bill pay” and it’s not showing there end at all. So just a heads up
