Just realised I'm up to like 500,000 points I had been saving for upgrades, but don't have many players with potential as good as my team. Where is best to spend the points?

Worth upgrading fast low rated players?
Think a player like this is worth upgrading?

Only have mid 70 strikers and 3 80s in my lineup.

Feel like a lot upgrades won't make the player that much better when she's already at 99 speed.
​
Any value to keeping a fast basic if they do tournaments with rating limit?
