We’re the Barak Valley Anime Community (BVAC), A grassroots group right here in Silchar created to build a fun, welcoming space for all Japanese enthusiasts in our region.

From local cosplay meets (like HaruKai) to collaborating with The Japan Foundation, New Delhi for Barak AnimeCon (where we had official scholarship & career guidance, cosplay contests, and gaming sessions), we’ve done and are still working hard to bring authentic otaku culture right to our hometown!
