The 1999 Ranger Extended cab I purchased around 3 weeks ago. I’ve been replacing alot of things that were Spray painted and today I took the Spray painted fender flares off and was pleasantly surprised what she looked like under the flares. I was expecting worse. Tomorrow I’m going to polish the truck in the garage before the New OE Style Flares arrive. Happy 4th. She’s already set up for a morning Dump run :-)
I sold my New Hyundai Elantra, too many computers and crap I never felt at home in and bought a 98’ Ranger.
When I was in the service years ago I bought a New 1997 Ford Ranger Xlt 2WD for $17,995 and have thought about that truck all these years. Last week I decided to go get a Ranger again and so glad I did. I changed the Oil today, serviced the Transmission, put New headlight assembly, New grill coming this week because someone spray painted this one black. The bumpers are sprayed black as well so I’l keep my eyes peeled for chrome bumpers.
It’s so nice driving this vehicle again, I feel like a 50 year old young man again.
