I’ll be arriving the day before the final and haven’t planned the rest of the trip yet, so I’m completely flexible. Where would you recommend staying to get the best atmosphere for watching the World Cup final?

I'm experimenting with L-Style flights and stems. Is it normal to have this gap and that the champagne rings barely sit on the stem?
